What is worth sending

A redemption result. The most useful message we get. Include the code, the date you tried it, and the exact wording of the response. Accepted and rejected are both useful; rejected results are how a code moves to "reported expired".

A correction. If a code is listed with the wrong casing, a wrong type, or a broken link, tell us which page and what is wrong. Casing errors matter most, because they cause real rejections.

A new code with provenance. A link to where the code was announced is worth more than the string alone. Codes without provenance still get listed, with a verified label and a review date like everything else.

A legal or takedown request. Brand, trademark or content concerns go to the same address and are handled first.

What we cannot do

We cannot check your account, apply a code for you, recover a bonus, or intervene with the operator. We have no access to Stake's systems and no special channel into them. If a bonus is missing, the operator's support team is the only party that can resolve it.

We also do not sell placement, and we do not accept payment to change a status label.

Response time

Reports are read within a few days. A correction that requires a redemption attempt takes longer, because a check needs an account and an available slot. Status changes appear on the changelog with a date when they happen.
